Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 eggs, separated
  • ingredients of your choice (onion, mushrooms, ham, cheese)

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff.
  2. Pre-cook ingredients of your choice in a frying pan.
  3. Fold egg yolks into the stiff egg whites.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with pre-cooked ingredients and stir gently.
  5. Cook on stove top until lightly browned on edges.
  6. Finish cooking in a 350°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
  7. Flip the omelet onto a plate, cut, and serve.
