Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch round pie plate.
  3. Put milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and biscuit mix into a blender.
  4. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds.
  5. Add softened cream cheese cut into 1/2-inch squares. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the center is firm.
  8. Cool the cheesecake.
  9. Spread your favorite fruit topping or cheesecake topping over the cooled cheesecake.
