Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Hungry Jack Buttermilk pancake/waffle mix
  • Poppy seeds or sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and egg.
  2. Add pancake mix and blend until well moistened.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. To reheat, wrap loosely in tin foil and heat at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
