Orange Aspic

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin
  • 1 pint orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from oranges and add enough orange juice to have 2 cups.
  2. Pour juice into small sauce pan.
  3. Heat and dissolve gelatin.
  4. Add sherbet.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add mandarin oranges and pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set. Serves 8.
