Ingredients

  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 4/5 cup concentrated orange juice

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, coconut, and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add concentrated orange juice to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar.
  5. Store in a covered container overnight. If the mixture is too soft, add a few more crushed vanilla wafers.
