Ingredients

  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 grated orange rind
  • 3 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar with orange juice and water in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat until reaching hard ball stage.
  3. Stir in pecans and grated orange rind to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the coated pecans on wax paper to cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
