Ingredients

  • 15 bright red corncobs
  • 3 cups corncob juice

Instructions

  1. Collect corncobs and cover with water.
  2. Boil slowly for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove corncobs and drain the juice.
  4. Add Sure-Jell to the juice and bring to a hard boil.
  5. Add sugar slowly and bring to a hard rolling boil; boil for one full minute.
  6. Pour the hot jelly into jars and skim off foam.
  7. Pour hot paraffin to cover and store.
