Ingredients

  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • miniature marshmallows to serve

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine orange juice, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla extract over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to low heat.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the cinnamon sticks.
  5. Stir in the vanilla ice cream.
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until heated through.
  7. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
  8. Serve with miniature marshmallows.
