Instructions
- Rinse the olives well to completely remove the brine.
- Mix the oil in a bowl with the vin santo and the juice of 1/2 orange.
- Add the mixture to the olives and garnish with the orange zest.
- Place the olives in an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, occasionally shaking the container.
