Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Using only 1 1/2 cups milk, cook pudding according to package directions.
  2. Cover pudding surface with waxed paper to keep skin from forming; chill.
  3. Stir grated orange peel, grated lemon peel, and orange juice until well blended.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Serve chilled.
