Orange Fruit Salad Dressing

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar and salt in double boiler.
- Beat egg yolks well.
- Add the juice and rind to the yolks.
- Gradually stir into sugar mixture.
- Add the water and butter.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Cool.
- Beat egg whites until they form peaks, adding 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Fold into dressing.
- Good on fruit or congealed salad.
