  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the chicken breasts; cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Turn the chicken breasts and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
