Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Turn on the mixer and stir on low for 4 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
