Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 box caramel cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/4 cup almond brickle bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine softened butter, caramel cake mix, eggs, and water. Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in brickle bits and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop cookie dough from a spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Make each mound of dough about the size of a golf ball.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
  7. Remove from cookie sheet onto a rack to cool.
