Ingredients

  • 2 packages orange Jell-O
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 pound cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 cup grated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange Jell-O with 3 cups of hot water until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Eagle Brand milk, and grated coconut to the dissolved Jell-O and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and refrigerate until set.
