Orange-Pineapple Carrots

- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and parsley flakes.
- Add orange juice and pineapple.
- Cook, stirring until thickened.
- Cook, stirring 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in butter.
- Pour sauce over hot carrots, stirring lightly to coat.
- Yield:
- 4 to 6 servings.
