Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarin oranges, reserving 1 tablespoon of syrup.
  2. Combine the reserved 1 tablespoon of syrup with the orange marmalade.
  3. Heat the mixture until the marmalade melts.
  4. Place the drained oranges in dessert dishes.
  5. Spoon the warm marmalade mixture over the oranges.
  6. Top with sour cream or whipped cream.
  7. Serve immediately.
