Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and beaten eggs.
  2. Mix and sift flour and baking powder. Add alternately with milk to first mixture. Bake in buttered tins 35 minutes.
  3. Serve with Orange Sauce.
