Ingredients

  • 1 large package sugar-free orange jello
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (no sugar)
  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar-free orange jello in boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add the frozen orange juice to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple along with its juice.
  4. Add the canned Mandarin oranges and about half a cup of cold water.
  5. Chill the mixture until set and serve with sour cream on top, if desired.
