Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 5 1/4 cups Cool Whip topping, thawed
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake mix as directed on the package, substituting 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping for the oil or butter.
  2. Bake in two greased and floured 9-inch layer pans for about 30 minutes.
  3. Cool in pans on racks for 15 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely.
