Orange Walnut Mandel Bread

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together the eggs, sugar and butter on low. Stir in almond and vanilla extracts, orange zest and walnuts.
- Sift salt, baking powder, and flour into a medium bowl, then slowly add to creamed mixture until combined.
- Place dough in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer; wet hands and form two loaves. Place on opposite sides of a cookie sheet with sides. Bake 30 minutes in 350 oven.
- Remove and slice while still hot to prevent cracking. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and place back on the cookie sheet. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden.
