Ingredients

  • 20 oz package Oreo cookies
  • 16 oz jar Hershey fudge topping
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • unsalted peanuts
  • cherries

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies, setting aside 1 cup for topping later.
  2. Press the crushed cookies into a 9 x 13 inch pan to form a crust.
  3. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie crust.
  4. Top the ice cream layer with the Hershey fudge topping.
  5. Sprinkle unsalted peanuts over the fudge layer.
  6. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the peanuts.
  7. Top with the remaining crushed Oreos and cherries.
  8. Freeze for several hours or overnight before serving.
