Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Oreo cookies
  • 2 small packages butter pecan instant pudding
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix crumbled Oreo cookies (reserve 1/2 cup for topping) with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 7 x 11-inch pan.
  2. Prepare the pudding mixture by combining the butter pecan instant pudding, milk, and vanilla ice cream until smooth, then pour over the cookie crust.
  3. Chill until the pudding mixture is firm, about 2-3 hours.
  4. Soften Cool Whip and spread evenly over the pudding layer.
  5. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup of Oreo cookies over the Cool Whip topping.
  6. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
