  1. Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with crushed Oreo cookies and cover with 1/2 stick of melted margarine.
  2. Spread 1/2 gallon of softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie layer and freeze.
  3. Melt chocolate syrup, Eagle Brand milk, and one stick of margarine together.
  4. Bring the mixture to a hard boil and boil for one minute.
  5. Let the syrup mixture cool completely and spread it over the frozen ice cream layer.
  6. Top the cake with Cool Whip and nuts.
  7. Freeze until firm before serving.
