Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 pkg. Oriental Ramen noodles
  • 4 1/2 c. stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add all ramen noodle seasoning packets and broken-up noodles to the skillet.
  3. Pour in 2 cups of water and stir to combine.
  4. Add stir-fry vegetables to the skillet.
  5. Cook until vegetables and noodles are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
