Oriental Celery

Instructions
- Cook in small amount of salted boiling water the celery, cut into 1-inch slices.
- Cook until crisp done (about 8 minutes). Drain.
- Add water chestnuts, drained cream of chicken soup and pimento.
- Pour into buttered casserole.
- Combine melted butter, almonds and bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle casserole.
- Bake for 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
