Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cooked chicken, alfalfa sprouts, chopped water chestnuts, and sliced green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Mix rice wine vinegar, reduced sodium soy sauce, and dark sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Line each pita half with lettuce.
  5. Spoon 1 cup of the chicken mixture into each pita half and serve.
