Oriental-Style Broccoli

Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin slices 2 inches long by 1/4 inch wide. Heat the oil until very hot, add chicken and saute very quickly, stirring constantly.
- Add the broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken and broccoli.
- Combine well.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Serve with brown rice.
- Serves 6.
