Our Favorite Rolls
Soft, fluffy homemade rolls with a slightly sweet flavor, perfect for breakfast or dinner. Ideal for family gatherings, picnics, or as a comforting side dish.

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Scald milk and add butter, sugar, and salt.
- Mix well and let it cool to lukewarm.
- Add 1 cup of flour and beat well.
- Mix in eggs and yeast.
- Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough, beating well.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place until double in size.
- Push the dough down and, with lightly greased hands, shape into rolls.
- Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Cover and let them rise until double in size.
- Bake in a hot oven at 400°F until brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
