Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Fry and crumble bacon.
  2. Cube bread.
  3. Layer bacon, cheese and bread into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Mix eggs, milk and spices. Pour over layered ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
  6. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
