Instructions
- Stack tortillas and using a sharp knife cut through centers to make 6 sections.
- Arrange wedges, without overlapping, on baking sheets that have been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Lightly spray arranged edges.
- Sprinkle with seasoning of choice. Bake at 400° for approximately 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
- Store in airtight plastic bags after cooling. Serve with salsa or low-fat dip.
