Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Irish potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped cabbage, sliced onion, sliced Irish potatoes, and sliced carrots in a baking dish.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine.
  4. Toss to combine and serve.
