Oven Dill Potatoes offer crispy, flavorful bites seasoned with dill and herbs, perfect as a side dish for family dinners or gatherings with a savory, herbaceous touch.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Add all spices together in a large covered bowl.
  2. Coat potato cubes in vegetable oil and add to spices.
  3. Cover and shake until potatoes are well coated.
  4. Spread onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until brown.
  6. Turn once during baking.
