Ingredients

  • red potatoes
  • 1/4 c. Crisco
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and dice.
  2. In a large cake pan, pour the Crisco and add the diced potatoes. Coat the potatoes in oil.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt to taste. Slice the margarine over the potatoes.
  4. Cook at 425°F, stirring 2 to 3 times for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
