Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb turkey breast cutlets
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup commercial marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine egg and vegetable oil in a shallow dish; beat well and set aside.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip turkey breast cutlets in the egg mixture.
  4. Dredge the turkey in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the breaded turkey on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done.
  7. Serve the turkey cutlets with commercial marinara sauce.
