Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 1/3 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sliced or crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry jello in hot water and add sugar.
  2. Chill the mixture until it is slightly thickened.
  3. Add sliced or crushed strawberries to the jello mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip).
  5. Pour the mixture into a baked pie shell.
  6. Garnish with a few strawberries if desired and chill until firm.
