Oven steak and potatoes offers a hearty, flavorful meal with tender steak and perfectly baked potatoes, ideal for a satisfying family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 steak, cut up
  • 3 large baked potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Put the diced baked potatoes into the melted butter and toss to coat completely.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the cut-up steak in the remaining butter until fully covered.
  5. Spray a pan with pan spray to prevent sticking.
  6. Lay the steak and potatoes in the pan and bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven; serve the tender meat and potatoes.
