Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier dip, consider adding a splash of heavy cream or sour cream to the mix. If you prefer a spicier kick, incorporate jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. You can use Velveeta cheese or any other melty cheese if American cheese is unavailable. Make sure to drain the green chillies and tomatoes to avoid excess liquid in the dip.

Serving Suggestions

This Chilli-Cheese Dip is perfect for game day gatherings or as a party appetizer. Serve it warm with tortilla or corn chips for dipping. For an extra touch, pair it with a fresh salsa or guacamole on the side. It also goes well with other snacks like veggie sticks or crackers, making it a versatile addition to any spread.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in the crock-pot on low until warmed through, or microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until hot. If the dip thickens, stir in a little milk or cream to restore its creamy texture.
