Ingredients

  • 4 c. fresh carrot sticks
  • 4 c. celery, cut in thin sticks
  • 2 medium onions, cut in circles
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 pkg. French green beans
  • 6 fresh tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Combine first 7
  2. ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  3. Layer green beans on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
  5. Add fresh tomatoes on top and bake 1/2 hour more.
