Instructions
- Mash oysters with a fork to make a paste.
- Blend cream cheese and oysters until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, onion, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well.
- Chill 3 hours; roll in a ball and cover with chopped parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
