Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can smoked oysters, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • grated onion to taste
  • hot sauce to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mash oysters with a fork to make a paste.
  2. Blend cream cheese and oysters until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, onion, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Chill 3 hours; roll in a ball and cover with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with crackers.
