Ingredients

  • 1 package pizza crust mix
  • 1 to 1.5 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup onion dip
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • garlic, minced or powdered
  • cheese, sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a pizza pan.
  3. Follow the directions on the pizza crust mix package.
  4. Place the dough in the pan and work it flat.
  5. Spread butter on the dough if desired.
  6. Mix together mashed potatoes and onion dip until smooth.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Add sliced onions, minced garlic or garlic powder, and cheese to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 17 to 22 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Slice and serve.
