Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup cubed pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cubed Muenster cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, Bisquick, cubed pepperoni, cubed Muenster cheese, salt, and beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Add the beaten egg to the mixture and blend thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered pie plate.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes without opening the oven.
