- Line the bottom of an buttered 8-inch square pan with 9 graham crackers.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full boil.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 cup of sliced almonds, coconut, and chopped dried apricots.
- Reserve the remaining almonds for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining almonds on top for garnish.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
