Pam'S Florida Shells
Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Mix spinach, 1 cup Mozzarella, cottage cheese, egg white and Parmesan cheese until blended.
- Fill each shell with a heaping tablespoonful of spinach mixture.
- Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish; spoon sauce over shells.
- Cover with foil.
- Sprinkle extra 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese over top.
- Bake 35 minutes in oven.
- Makes 4 servings.
