Instructions
- Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in wheat germ and nuts.
- Set aside.
- With electric mixer at high speed, beat eggs, oil and sugar until thickened and foamy. Stir in zucchini.
- Add flour mixture and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
