Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large red or white onion, minced
  • 6 or 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
