Pan Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frog legs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour or cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • about 1 tsp. grated onion

Instructions

  1. Cut a squirrel into pieces, place in a big soup pot with enough hot water to cover.
  2. Let simmer slowly until tender. Season with salt and plenty of black pepper.
  3. Let come to a rolling boil and add dumplings.
  4. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Uncover and add one cup of milk in which a tablespoon of flour has been dissolved.
