Pan Fried Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 Red potatoes, cut into 1-2 inch chunks
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook about 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Stir and cook, covered, until potatoes are fully cooked and begin to crisp.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite main dish!
