- Heat oven to 400°.
- In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
- Stir in thyme.
- Add remaining ingredients, toss and coat; cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Season to taste.
