Pan Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 3 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 2 c. carrots, cut into strips
  • 2 small onions, quartered

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
  3. Stir in thyme.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, toss and coat; cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season to taste.
