Instructions
- Mix flour, eggs, milk and cinnamon together,
- leaving butter a bit lumpy.
- Melt butter in 9-inch pie plate; pour batter on top of it and bake at 425°
- for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
- Sift powdered sugar on top.
- Serve at once with maple syrup.
- Serves 4.
