Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, eggs, milk and cinnamon together,
  2. leaving butter a bit lumpy.
  3. Melt butter in 9-inch pie plate; pour batter on top of it and bake at 425°
  4. for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  5. Sift powdered sugar on top.
  6. Serve at once with maple syrup.
  7. Serves 4.
